Christian Education Ministry "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen." Matthew 28:19-20 NKJV   The Christian Education Ministry is dedicated to inspiring and empowering everyone on their exciting journey of faith! We create and coordinate engaging educational programs designed to help individuals dive deeper into the Christian faith, explore the Bible, and apply its teachings in everyday life through dynamic classroom instruction and outreach activities. Our ministry is all about nurturing spiritual growth and maturity by equipping disciples and supporting the entire congregation in their ministry efforts. We’re thrilled to offer vibrant programs like Sunday School, Bible study, and Vacation Bible School for all ages, welcoming both church members and the community. Together, we can help transform lives and make a meaningful impact as we grow closer to Christ!

Deacon Ministry "Now in those days, when the number of the disciples was multiplying, there arose a complaint against the Hebrews by the Hellenists, because their widows were neglected in the daily distribution. Then the twelve summoned the multitude of the disciples and said, “It is not desirable that we should leave the word of God and serve tables. Therefore, brethren, seek out from among you seven men of good reputation, full of the Holy Spirit and wisdom, whom we may appoint over this business; but we will give ourselves continually to prayer and to the ministry of the word.”  Acts 6:1-4 NJKV   The Deacon Board consists of ordained deacons “diakonos” (men and women) in the Church focused on assisting the Pastor in providing the pulpit supply; leading the prayer meetings, visiting the members; and caring for the sick, needy, and distressed members of the church. They focused on a twofold ministry of service: promoting Christian spiritual growth, and the Church ministries to the membership and community; and providing for the ordinances and aiding in their administration. They act as a bridge between the church and the community.

Deaconess Ministry "Paul and Timothy, servants of Christ Jesus, To all God’s holy people in Christ Jesus at Philippi, together with the overseers and deacons" 1 Philippians 1:1 NIV   The Deaconess Ministry supports the Pastor and Deacons Ministry in developing the spiritual life of the church. They serve as co-laborers in fulfilling the mission and vision of Zion Grove to edify and glorify God's kingdom.

Hospitality Ministry “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men” Colossians 3:23   The Hospitality Ministry passionately serves members and guests by delivering outstanding food and service, embodying the spirit of Christian hospitality. The ministry strives to create an inviting, safe, and well-organized atmosphere where everyone feels truly valued and at home. Ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.

Media Ministry "How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news, who publishes peace, who brings good news of happiness, who publishes salvation, who says to Zion, “Your God reigns." Isaiah 52:7 ESV   The media ministry is an essential part of expanding God's kingdom and advancing the Church's mission in today's world! By enhancing our worship experience, we share God's message far beyond physical walls. Our dedicated team manages live streaming, audio/visual production, social media, and website content to connect with both in-person and online audiences. Together, we're making a meaningful impact and spreading the good news of hope and joy through innovative channels!

Men of Zion "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”  Joshua 1:9 NIV    The Men of Zion is a brotherhood for all men at Zion Grove, coming together to connect, fellowship, and serve by making small repairs and improvements both inside and outside the church. As we continue to grow, the Men of Zion is evolving into a more spiritually centered ministry. Our mission is to provide every man with a safe space for refuge, encouragement, accountability, and spiritual growth. In this community, every voice matters, and every man is valued, creating a place where you can truly belong and thrive.

Missionary Ministry “And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.’ Mathew 25:40 KJV   The Missionary Ministry actively engages with communities to passionately share the teachings of Jesus Christ and the essence of the Christian faith. Their vital mission is to illuminate the profound commandment of Jesus: to love God wholeheartedly and to extend that love to others. The Missionary Ministry is steadfast in its commitment to fulfilling God's purpose through dedicated service to both the church and the broader community. Including meaningful initiatives such as visiting nursing homes to bring joy and companionship, conducting outreach programs that uplift those in need, and providing nourishing meals for those in need. Through these efforts, they embody the spirit of love and compassion that lies at the heart of the Christian message.

Pastor Aide Ministry "Have confidence in your leaders and submit to their authority, because they keep watch over you as those who must give an account. Do this so that their work will be a joy, not a burden, for that would be of no benefit to you." Hebrews 13:17 NIV   The pastor's aid ministry offers vital spiritual, emotional, and practical support to pastors and their families, empowering them to concentrate on their ministry. This enthusiastic team assists with pulpit needs, organizes appreciation events (such as birthdays and anniversaries), provides personal support, and ensures the pastor has the resources they need to thrive in their daily ministry activities.

Sanctuary Choir "Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord." The Trustees play a vital role in ensuring that the church operates in a financially responsible and legally compliant manner. They are responsible for taking the necessary steps to protect, manage, and maintain the church. Additionally, the trustees will assist in developing strategies to raise funds that support the church's primary mission. It is their fiduciary duty to act in the best interests of the church, ensuring that the church is financially responsible, legally compliant in its operations, and takes the necessary measures to protect, manage, and maintain the church.

Usher Ministry “distributing to the needs of the saints, given to hospitality" Romans 12:13 NKJV   The ushers provide an invaluable service to the church bodies, serving as the first point of contact, ensuring comfort, maintaining safety, and supporting the Pastor during service. They serve a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere by greeting attendees, assisting with seating, managing the flow of congregants, and serving as doorkeepers. The heart of an usher is the heart of a servant, and they do their work for the Lord Jesus!

Voices of Zion Choir "Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;"  Ephesians 5:19 KJV    The Voices of Zion Choir stands as a vital cornerstone of our worship experience, significantly enriching our gatherings. Jeremiah 29:11 NIV   The Women of Zion, established in 2022, is dedicated to empowering and uniting women through meaningful outreach, impactful education, and vibrant fellowship, all in the name of our Savior, Jesus Christ. Youth Ministry  "Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it" Proverbs 22:6    The youth ministry is dedicated to evangelizing, discipling, and empowering middle and high school students to embrace and follow Jesus. By guiding them in their faith journey, we prepare them for a lifelong, vibrant involvement in the church. Serving as a vital connection between children's ministry and adult church life, our program cultivates personal faith, fosters a sense of community, and develops future leaders.
